Sellars is constantly searching for opportunities to fortify our workforce. In 2023, Sellars was awarded the Wisconsin Forward Grant to support an apprenticeship program for team members who had an interest in the maintenance field. The team members are currently completing the classroom portion of their maintenance degree.

This program provides a potentially forgivable loan of $6,000 for a home purchased within the Havenwoods neighborhood or $4,500 for homes outside of the neighborhood but within the City of Milwaukee.
